• お客様一人につき1台の専用通信機と1台の専用録画機です。個人で契約している機械を使用されていますので、他人のファイルを無断でコピーしたり、ダウンロードする不法なサービスではありません。
  
  ENGLISH: Legal, over the counter Recording Equipment is dedicated for and only your use. Others cannot access or share your equipment or recorded programs.

• HDD録画機付。こちらは共有する録画機ではありません。お客様一人に一台のHDD録画機をご用意します。
  
  ENGLISH: The equipment that is prepared for you has built in data storage for your dedicated use.

• 録画番組の見方はお客様専用通信機、録画機からの使用です。ファイルをダウンロードして誰でも見れる録画ではありません。ファイルをダウンロードするということは、そのファイルをコピーし、不法に貸し出したりすることもできてしまうからです。
  
  ENGLISH:Viewing recorded programs is done via a device dedicated for your use in our data center. No file downloads are sent to your computer. Your computer hard disk will never become full of programs and there is no element of illegal file downloading/sharing.

お支払い方法はクレジットカードです。月額料金はカード自動引き落としです。 (visa & mastercard)

Our payment method is via Credit card for both setup fees and automatic monthly usage fees.

インターネットを通して、当社のデーターセンターに設置させておりますお客様専用録画機に、お客様がパソコン画面上の操作で好きな時間に録画、予約録画がきます。録画した番組はいつでも見ることができます。

Via the internet, you can control the equipment that is available for your use in our data center. Through your PC/Mac or through your TV you can view live TV, schedule recordings and watch them at your convenience. 

契約月のキャンセル
万が一、お客様が契約月にご満足いただけなくキャンセルする場合、解約はいつでも出来ます。その際、契約月のセットアップフィーは返金させていただきますが、使用料は返金となりませんので、あらかじめご了承下さい。（※12月と1月にご契約のお客様は、キャンセルはできますがSetup Feeと使用料は返金出来ません。）

2ヶ月目からのキャンセル
2ヶ月目からの解約も、いつでもできますがSetupFeeと使用料は、返金出来ませんのでご了承ください。

Cancellation within the first month of service: If you are not satisfied, we will refund your Setup Fee in full, although no refunds of monthly user fees is possible. The months of Dec. and Jan. are excluded in this policy, where cancellation during Dec. and Jan. is accepted although the Setup Fee is not refundable for customers signing up in Dec. and Jan.

Cancellation any time after the first month of service is possible although please note that Setup and user fees paid up to and including the month of the cancellation request are not refundable.

オンライン・オンスクリーンヘルプシステム！
NihonNamaTerebiの管理人は、オンラインヘルプシステムで、お客様の画面をコントロールしながらヘルプと使い方を教えることが出来ます。

ENGLISH: We have a new online, onscreen help system with wich we can help with installs or troubleshooting as well as use it to teach you how to use the sytem. It's free to our customers!

万が一 、通信機と録画機の故障があった場合、当社負担でお取り替えいたします。 お客様の負担はありません。

ENGLISH: In the rare event of an equipment failure, we replace failing equipment ASAP with no cost to customers.

ENGLISH: Our state of the art data center is equipped with optical connectivity, backup servers, backup power, environmental disaster (earthquake and flood) advance detection, fire and intruder detection.
