The remote viewing software limits each customer to their device only and with only one login at a time. Payment of monthly fees. Monthly fee payment is due the first of the month. You will be invoiced each month for this. Please kindly note that payment must be made no later than the 5th of each month in order to ensure continuation of service. Service & Maintenance
当社のサービス、メンテナンスに関しては十分な配慮を行っておりますが、使用している機械メーカー側の予期せぬ故障、その他のトラブルに関しましてはメーカーに直接、機械のトラブル原因を追求しております。
どうしても早急に修理できない場合は、トラブルが発生してしまったたお客様の為に、すぐに新しい機械をご用意し、当社負担で交換させていただいております。
この場合、録画した番組が全て見れなくなるということも発生致します。当社といたしましても大変残念なことと思います。
当社のホストサービス、管理サービスには２４時間万全を期しておりますが、メーカー側のトラブルの場合、お客様にはご迷惑をおかけし大変申し訳ありませんが、料金値引き等に関してはお受けできないことをご理解のほどよろしくお願い致します。

We reserve the right to discontinue service at the end of a subscription period if we deem it necessary.

NihonNamaTerebi.com provides highly reliable hosting services and care taking of devices allowing only personal viewing by customers of their own TV devices. We are not a broadcaster and do not re-broadcast any signals in any way whatever.

WE DO NOT OWN OR CLAIM COPYRIGHT TO CONTENT VIEWED
Copyright and ownership rights of the content available on the channels remains with the content provider. We do not have control over the channels that a customer will choose to watch or record. Customers have sole control over their own devices. Customers watch television or their personally made recordings by logging into their own device which enables this viewing only to that particular customer. Customers watch available channels, change channels, schedule personal recordings (that may not be redistributed -- in fact customers cannot transfer complete blocks of data from recordings, they can only watch the recordings during playback).

CUSTOMERS ACCESS PERSONALLY OWNED DEVICES, HOUSED IN OUR DATA CENTER
CUSTOMERS MAY NOT REDISTRIBUTE CONTENT AND DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO FULL DATA BLOCKS OF RECORDINGS
The Live TV viewing (and viewing of recordings made by customers) on devices hosted by our service is availed only to each customer, one at a time, via dedicated devices per customer, supporting only single user access which is intended to be used for personal viewing only and not for redistribution in any way. Customers view television (or their personally made recordings), via their own device and is single use and NOT a broadcast in any way. It is provided by their own personal TV box (defined as the device that a customer logs into over the Internet in order to view television or their personal recordings). The device allows only single user access and to ensure that although we are a hosting service, that the device cannot provide a broadcast and can only provide viewing for it's owner, the device blocks any more than one login at a time and will only accept one user with only one password.

OWNERSHIP OF THE DEVICES HOUSED IN OUR HOSTING FACILITY AND MAINTAINED BY US
As part of the these terms which govern sales of our services, the TV box and a recording device, is considered by us and by the customer to be their personal property on lease to them. Upon signing up with our service, we have granted ownership and control in the form of lease, for the term of the lease which is month by month, to the customer over the TV box and any recording device that may be connected to it.

TRADEMARKS

NihonNamaTerebi.com's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not NihonNamaTerebi.com's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits NihonNamaTerebi.com. All other trademarks not owned by NihonNamaTerebi.com or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by NihonNamaTerebi.com or its subsidiaries.
