テレビを見れるまで、簡単な順序を教えて下さい。How do I order the service?


  • テレビがご覧になれるまで、順序よくスタッフがサポートさせていただきます。個人では面倒だった準備が簡単にできます。

    ENGLISH: We offfer user guides and even online onscreen help to get you set up and watching.
  • ご契約されるプランをお選びいただきます。ご不明の点が有りました場合、ご連絡をお願いいたします。

    ENGLISH: The first step is to choose the plan you like. Feel welcome to contact us for assistance.
  • 当社のプランはSetup Feeと月額金ございます。Setup Fee注文確認後に月々支払いのリンクをメールでお送りいたします。

    ENGLISH: Our plans have a Setup Fee and a monthly Fee. After we receive your order and your preferred connection device (sent by the customer) for the setup we will send a link for the monthly fee payment which is an automatic subscription system. 
  • ご入金確認後、通常2日で準備をさせていただきます

    ENGLISH: After we recieve your order, it normally takes 2 days to prepare your equipment.
  • 簡単セットアップでブラウザーですぐに見れますが、ご連絡後、ソフトのインストールをお客様の画面と共有してサポートインストールサービスをさせていただきます

    ENGLISH: Although setup is simple and you can even use your browser to view, we can help with setup via our online help system.
  • ブラウザーでみれますがぶらうざー無しでソフトインストール方法も有ります。使い方の簡単な説明と、お客様ご自身が後から確認できるよう、使い方説明書をメールにて送らせていただきます

    ENGLISH: If desired there is client software that you can install. We can provide instructions in this case.

    ENGLISH: Once you order is received and we've sent you connection instructions, you are free to watch, record and enjoy as you like!
